Dear Community Leaders and Partners, Boston Public Schools cordially invites you to a Community Meet and Greet with Superintendent Mary Skipper on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, from 5:30 – 6:30 P.M. This meeting will be held at the Vietnamese Community Center/VietAID, 42 Charles Street, Dorchester, MA. Superintendent Skipper will be engaging leaders and organizations within the Vietnamese-American community in an effort to: – build and strengthen community relationships, – deepen BPS’ understanding of the issues impacting our children and families – learn directly from you how we can continue to improve partnerships – hear about your shared and unique experiences with BPS This is a small gathering by invitation only as we want to ensure there is time for everyone to share their thoughts and ideas with the Superintendent. However, there will be other additional opportunities to engage in the future. Also, a Vietnamese interpreter and light refreshments will be provided for attendees.
